Spa Receptionnist internship

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the service in our Spa Front Desk. That placement will start in Q1 2025 for a minimum of 6 months.

 Key accountabilities:

• Handle all guest reservations for treatments and services accurately and professionally
• Organise scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability whilst ensuring that the guest needs are met
• Take responsibility for daily operational challenges within the SPA operations, including service recovery, continuous coverage, and efficient service delivery
• Maximise SPA and Wellness revenue through initiatives such as upselling and product sales, to take a proactive approach to retail sales within reception area offering advice and maximizing retail spend by clients
• Co-ordinate with the therapists to ensure all treatment rooms are ready to be occupied and are maintained in excellent condition
• Establish close guest contact, manage guest feedback and ensure elevated services recovery to exceed guest expectations, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles
• Assist with administration duties such as purchasing, good receiving and inventory reporting

• Package: 669.90 € / month, Meals, Uniform, Transportation allowance
