Pastry internship
We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the service in our Pastry department. That placement will start in Q1 2025 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key accountabilities
- Responsible for assisting the Pastry team in all aspects of the day-to-day operation and for ensuring that hotel standards and guidelines are followed and maintained continually.
- Produce all food required by the supervisor to the highest standard.
- Maintain a culture in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and core principles of HSH.
- Always follow technical worksheets and recipes as assigned.
- Ensure physical and environmental hygiene is maintained in adherence to HACCP.
- Always keep the kitchen equipment in pristine condition to maximize its operating life.
General requirements

Understanding of kitchen sanitation and safe regulations
- Internship Agreement - mandatory

- Package: 669.90 € / month, Meals, Uniform, Transportation allowance
