Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a SPA receptionnist.

 Key accountabilities:

•  Within the hotel’s SPA, you will manage customers appointments, emails, customer greetings and locker rooms.
•  You will provide clients with all information requested during their stay at the property.
•  Coordination between clients and practitioners
•  Cleanliness check, collection, email management and customer requests

General requirements:

• Strong customer focus,
• Fluent both in French and English
• Availability and responsiveness,

• Sense of confidentiality.
