Internship - Housekeeping Supervisor

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor Intern.

 Key accountabilities:

•  Ensure perfect room preparation for all guests,

•  Check and renew the floral decoration of the rooms in collaboration with the florists,

•  Ensure quality standards and procedures are met by the housekeeping teams

•  Ensure inventories, orderly storage and restoration of customer reserves,

•  Manage forgotten items according to the procedure,

• Strong customer focus,
• Fluent both in French and English
• Availability and responsiveness,
• Sense of organization,
• Sense of confidentiality.
