Guest Relations Agent internship

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the service in our Guest Relations department. That placement will start in Q1 2025 for a minimum of 6 months.

 Key accountabilities

• Verify and complete the applicable VIP check-in checklist.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area.
• Analyze the VIP list daily with the Guest Relations Manager and carry out assigned tasks to ensure the best possible stay for selected arrivals.
• Ensure that all arrangements made prior to a VIP guest's arrival are respected and communicated to other operational departments.
• Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Work with other departments such as the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments to fulfil guest requests.
• Provide information to the guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and gather feedback to improve services. Collect and protect customer data.
• Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction after their stay.

• Must have the right to work in France
• Package: 669.90 € / month, Meals, Uniform, Transportation allowance
