Front Office Agent
Overview of the role
We are seeking a strong willed, hardworking and passionate Front Office Agent / Front Desk Agent who will be responsible in handling the the day to day operations of the Front Desk. This individual's main responsibilities would be the smooth and stress-free arrival and departure experience for guests while at the same time monitoring room blockings, billing and other matters relative with other departments.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival and departure experience for guests
- Smart, efficient and proper billing arrangements and blocking of rooms
- Executes daily tasks and service sequence according to standards.
- Ability to upsell rooms in order to generate revenue. Act as a Sales Representative in selling the good & services being offered by the hotel
- Able to handle bulk group arrivals, departures, preparations, coordination and billing
General Requirements:
- Graduate of a four-year course
- Work experience of at least one year in Front Desk or Guest Relations related role is preferred
- Highly committed, passionate and able to work in different shifts
- Possesses foresight, excellent analytical ability and good decision making skills
- Eloquent, personable and highly engaging in serving guests
