Finance Operations Manager
Overview of the role
We are looking for a passionate individual who will be a strong support for the successful management of Finance operations and processes. A leader who will contribute to improving the hotel’s financial performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the smooth operations of the Income Audit, Cost Audit, Accounts Receivables and Cashiering Sections.
- Develop, implement and maintain an effective and comprehensive Revenue, Cost, Cashier and Accounts Receivable monitoring programs consistent with the set policies and procedures, professional standards and industry practices.
- Plans and performs operational and financial audits.
- Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and control audit staffs and accountants
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Analytical, with good business acumen
- Influential, a good persuader
