Employee Facilities Coordinator

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Manila
Location:  Makati City

Overview of the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Employee Facilities Assistant who will be responsible in helping supervise the upkeep and maintenance of the employee facilities. A well-rounded proactive individual who will also aid employee engagement events.

 

Key accountabilities

  • Support the HR Operations Supervisor & Employee Facilities team in the upkeep, maintenance and managing of the employee facilities.
  • Assist with the admin tasks of the HR Operations Supervisor and employee engagement related admin tasks.
  • With the guidance of the HR Operations Supervisor, assist and help manage Sunburst Cafe, Locker Areas, Sleeping Quarters & PenGym
  • Assure that all cleaning, maintenance and development projects are on track and finished as scheduled.
  • Collaborate and work with other departments in the completion of Employee facilities and Employee engagement tasks.

 

General Requirements

  • College Graduate
  • Preferably with 1-2 years job experience
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Digital design skills is an advantage
