Manager, E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

Business Unit:  Peninsula Merchandising Limited
Location:  Hong Kong

To accelerate business growth and maintain its brand proposition in luxury market, you are responsible for executing E-Commerce and digital marketing strategy and accelerating business growth across regions. Please find the details below:

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Create and execute E-Commerce and digital marketing strategies for the brand with new initiatives to meet overall company business ambitions
  • Manage E-Commerce content and operation with cross-functions to ensure high standard of customer experience and efficient back-end actions
  • Build brand awareness and engagement in all markets across paid, owned (website/ social media official accounts), earned platforms in effective and efficient manner while ensuring brand standards are well delivered
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across markets to ensure brand-consistent execution of E-Commerce and digital marketing initiatives
  • Ensure brand integrity across all regions by leading contents and images development and market deployment
  • Conduct performance tracking of E-Commerce and digital marketing activities with concrete action recommendation to drive optimization on on-going basis
  • Research customer noise, trends, emerging technology, and opportunities for innovative ideas to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead agency sourcing and selection cycle to identify qualified agencies and ensure they comply with group’s procurement policy
  • Set and monitor digital marketing and E-Commerce budget as per aligned company objectives
  • Any other tasks or projects as assigned

  • E-Commerce Business Growth Target
  • E-Commerce Platform Performance Target – Traffic/ Conversion/ Customer Satisfaction
  • Service and brand consistency in line with The Peninsula standards
  • Bring in and translate new E-Commerce and digital marketing initiatives into action




  • Minimum of 6 years of E-Commerce or digital marketing experiences
  • In-depth commercial and technical knowledge in E-Commerce and digital marketing
  • Experience in luxury sector including retail, premium food & beverage and fast-moving consumable goods will be an advantage
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Creative and always get on top of latest trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driving, organized and detailed minded
  • Strong command in both written and oral Cantonese and English. Mandarin is a plus
