Learning and Talent Development Officer

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Hong Kong
Location:  Tsim Sha Tsui

We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the management and facilitation of the orientation programme and basic hospitality training.
  • Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids, to support training programs.
  • Coordinate Learning & Talent Development initiatives such as onboarding, familiarization, cross training, or any institutional visitations and career fairs.
  • Administer the Learning Management System to ensure all information is accurate and training is actioned and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Manage internship programme process including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, payroll and off-boarding.

 

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Communications or a related field.
  • Two years in learning and development, preferably in the luxury hotel industry
  • Excellent verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications
