Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Steward to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and supervise stewarding staff during daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, and equipment.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding tools; assist in ordering as needed.
• Train new team members on hygiene protocols, equipment usage, and safety procedures.

General Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience as a steward in the hotel or food & beverage industry

• Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene management
