Spa Receptionist -Supervisor

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Spa Receptionist Supervisor to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure proper operation in Spa & Fitness
• Organize scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability
• Deal with client feedback and request
• Telephone and Reservation system management

General Requirements

• Bilingual -Native Japanese Speaker plus English.
• Client interaction skills and experience working in a of ‘front of house’ environment
• Spa receptionist experience
