Security Administrative Staff

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Security Administrative Staff to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

 

  • Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Security and Operational Risk team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Management of Internal and External Communications: Coordination and communication with other departments within the company. Liaison and coordination with external partners such as cooperating companies. Supporting interpretation tasks and take meeting minutes as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Ordering and managing necessary supplies and materials. Conducting regular inventory checks and reporting.
  • Internal Procedures: Arranging and purchasing necessary supplies using the company's internal systems. Handling billing and payment-related tasks in accordance with internal rules and procedures. Scheduling meetings and appointments as needed, and arranging conference rooms or venues.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Drafting incident reports and weekly reports. Assisting in create annual risk report of PTK Compiling data related to workplace accidents. 

 

General Requirements

  • Native Japanese Speaker plus English as preference.
  • Security experience at department store and commercial building is preferrable.
  • Experience in PC operations (Word, Excel, functions, etc.) is an advantage
