Key Accountabilities:

• Supports the hotel’s Total Revenue Management strategy by maintaining accurate data, optimizing pricing and inventory, and producing key analysis across Rooms, Banquet, and F&B to drive revenue performance.
• Manage daily price changes, inventory control, and rate plan setup in TL Lincoln; ensure connectivity with Shiji.(Rooms) 
• Oversee wholesale allotments, corporate rate loading, and GDS/SynXis updates including quarterly blackout review (Rooms)
• Conduct comp‑set research on local OTAs and perform key audits (OOO, Theme Suites). (Rooms) 
• Extract and analyze BV Syst– Conduct comp‑set research and perform audits to ensure revenue accuracy.em data to support forecasting and performance reporting. (Banquet)  
• Conduct comp‑set research and perform audits to ensure revenue accuracy. (Food & Beverage) 
• Manage F&B online platforms (Oz Mall, Ikyu) and support analysis for F&B revenue opportunities (Food & Beverage)

Requirements: 

• Fluency in English and business level Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) 
• Bachalor's degree in business admisnistration/ data analytics or Mathematics is an advantage
• 1+ year of data analytics or revenue management is an advantage.
