Reservations Supervisor

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Reservations Supervisor to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Respond to all reservations related inquiries regarding accommodations, facilities, price by phone calls, e-mails, faxes, etc.
• Enter guest information using the global reservation system in English.
• Work closely with revenue team and front office to ensure goals are met.
• Responsible for processing room reservations and handling correspondence for The Peninsula Tokyo and Global Customer Service Centre (GCSC) Tokyo.
• Assist Assistant Reservation Manager/Reservation Manager in presentations for internal staff to help educate agents on how to sell properly.
• To perform other duties and responsibilities or lead projects that may be assigned by the Reservations Manager.

General Requirements

• Ability to talk with guest in appropriate languages such as Enlglish and Japanese. 
• Tell Operator or equivalent work experience for more than 1 year. 
• Basic knowledge of system.
