Housekeeping Training Supervisor

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking Housekeeping Training Supervisor to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for supporting HSKP Management to deliver training to all sections of HSKP, create training tools and update operational manuals to support functional skills development for our PTK team along with the support contractors.
  • Deliver onboarding of new team members, refresher training sessions, Company directed training and roll out new processes as required
  • Plan the yearly calendar covering focus and weekly target rotation, SOP refresher, Company requirements
  • Manage ALL New Graduates training programs – calendar, scheduling, training records for each section they work in etc
  • Be familiar with HSKP operating policies & procedures as well as all operational sequences.
  • Conduct regular audits on various HSKP functions sections during operation time and provide a summary report. Identifying any operational gaps that may be needed to work on.
  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager to ensure the operations are conducted in proper procedures and steps.

 

General Requirements

  • Knowledge in Housekeeping and has work experience for more than 1 year.
  • Ability to work within “team based” environment.
  • Intermediate level in spoken and written Japanese and English
