Housekeeping Floor Supervisor/Inspector

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking Housekeeping Supervisor / Inspector to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Housekeeping.
• Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure all guest rooms are in good condition and amenities and set-up are in order up to the Peninsula standards prior to Guests’ arrival.
• Conduct inspection to ensure appropriate cleaning procedures are adopted.
• Manage the amenity inventory of the work station on each guest floor.

General Requirements

• Knowledge of Housekeeping activities
• Ability to work in a “team-based” environment
• Intermediate level in spoken and written Japanese and English
