Housekeeping Coordinator

Location:  Tokyo

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience. 

 

  • Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Housekeeping.
  • Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages.


Key Accountabilities

  • Handle all incoming calls in Japanese and English according to the Peninsula Service Principles and provide follow-up actions. 
  • Monitor the check-in/out status and communicate with room attendants for room cleaning. 
  • Manage the room turnover, and maintain effective communication with Front Office. 
  • Perform secretarial duties in the office (e.g. Lost & Found, Item Inventory, Attendance Records and etc.). 
  • Update guest history in system.


General Requirements

  • Business level in spoken and written Japanese and English.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft office, Opera PMS system).
