Event Management Coordinator

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking an Event Management Coordinator to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Handle administration tasks such as guest inquiries, filing, generating reports, transcribing minutes from meetings, setting up for meetings, ordering supplies, answering phone calls.
  • Prepare easel signs, menus and other printing items for events and weddings.
  • Assist each manager's administration tasks such as arrange venues for site inspection, preparing documents, making quatation and invoince.
  • Liaise between the client/guests and internal divisions for additional needs such as arranging audio visual, transportation, off-site event recommendations requirements.

 

General Requirements

  • Basic skill of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) software experience required.
  • Understanding of meeting/events process and execution with excellent communicate skill professionally.
  • Over 1 year experiences in Hotel or Meeting industry
  • Excellent Japanese speaking, writing and presentation skills. Good to have reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
