Event Management Admin Staff (Part Timer)
Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking an Event Management Admin Staff (Part Timer) to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities
- Support Event Management Manager as the client’s sole hotel liaison to all hotel divisions to arrange and support corporate and group bookings, events, and meetings.
- Responsible for handling Event Management administrative duties (i.e., phone calls, office supplies, filing).
- Prepare easel signs, menus and other printing items for General Banquet Events.
- Order office and event supplies to ensure adequate inventory.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Director of Event Management and Assistant Director of Event Management.
General Requirements
- Basic skill of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) .
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Able to work 4days per week, 10am to 6pm per day accordingly.
- Excellence Japanese speaking, writing skills. Good to have reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
