Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie – Hei Fung Terrace to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

 

  • Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Kitchen Team.
  • Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented and highly motivated.


Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare required food items for the next day.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Ensure the compliance with HACCP standards.
  • Prepare and plate menu items according to the established guidelines and procedures.


General Requirements

  • Enthusiastic about cooking.
  • Basic knowledge of stocks and sauces.
  • 1-2 years Apprentice experience in 5 star hotels or equivalent restaurant establishments.
  • Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
