Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking Guest Relations Executive to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Concierge Team.

Key Accountabilities 

• Deliver exceptional guest service in line with the Peninsula guidelines and standards to maintain a smooth relationship between management and guests as well as to anticipate and preclude dissatisfaction.
• Handle guest enquiries regarding the city, attractions, events, restaurants, transportation and etc. 
• Assist guests on reservations and transportation arrangements.
• Coordinate guest feedback and ensure good services recovery.
• Provide training to the team and lead by example to ensuring the Peninsula's service standard.

General Requirements: 

• Minimum 2-3 years of concierge experiences
• Ability to communicate in both English and Japanese (speaking and writing) 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multi taskings
