Key Accountabilities

  • Play the role of Outlet Manager in his/her absence.
  • Accountable for the efficient operations of outlet and relevant requests from other departments while ensuring the provision of quality food and beverage service.
  • Ensure all staff follows the HACCP standard and participates in the environmental-friendly and 3Rs (reuse, recycle or reduce) initiatives whenever possible.
  • Supervisor the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of restaurant operating equipment and other assets.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in: Greeting, seating and waiting on all guests.
  • Handle, or relay to manager all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
  • Understand and accurately follow the standard of sequence of service, pre-service and after-service procedures.
  • Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.

 

General Requirements

  • Business level in spoken English. Japanese language is an advantage
  • Open to consider wide rage of candidates from both hotels and stand alone restaurants.
