We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Housekeeing to join our vibrant and dynamic team.

Ability to manage large housekeeping team
Key Accountabilities:

Ensure the ultimate comfort, cleanliness, safety for all the guests and achieve maximum efficiency and productivity of the hotel.

Oversee monthly inventory counts of Operational Supplies, FF&E, and Mini Bar items

Report on monthly P&L analysis and explanation of all Housekeeping expenses

Oversee and manage headcount and payroll expenses/overtime in accordance with budgetary guidelines and required service levels

Ensure all the contracted suppliers such as laundry/uniform, room cleaning, public area cleaning, window cleaning etc deliver to contractual agreement this includes regular inspections, meetings, planning etc

Create an environment of teamwork by encouraging harmony, cooperation, and communication

Oversee the monthly rosters meeting timelines and ensure sufficient and effective manpower to cover the operation

Plan the development of the staff for a further advancement in their hotel journey establishing a succession plan for key positions within the department
Requirements:
-
2+ years in manegement roles or similiar in Housekeeping department
- Financial and budget allocation management experiences
- People management and team building skills
- Business profeciency in both English and Japanese
