Internship - F&B Attendant

We are pleased to offer an exciting 6-month internship opportunity that will allow you to gain hands-on industry experience while working alongside our professional administrative team. The Peninsula Shanghai is currently seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant Intern to join our Food and Beverage department.

• Internship Package: RMB3,000/month with health insurance
• Enjoy staff residence (dormitory), meals at our staff restaurant, and uniform provided
• Open to candidates from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan (for visa/work permit purposes)

Key accountabilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
• Support daily operations including table setup, order taking, and service delivery with precision and care
• Learn and apply luxury hospitality standards, including proper etiquette and service techniques
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
• Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage items, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Uphold the brand’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and guest satisfaction
• Contribute to a positive team culture by showing respect, reliability, and enthusiasm

General requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Familiarity with service etiquette and five-star hospitality standards
