The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an Assistant Manager Room Service.

Key Accountabilities : 

• Plan and facilitate the Orientation program.
• Coordinate and facilitate MSM and Peninsula training.
• Assist in-house trainers.
• Manage training registration and logistics.
• Update training plan.
• Fill in dashboards and propose follow-up tools.

General requirements : 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in People & Culture
