Internship - Rooms Management

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Paris
Location:  Paris

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the Rooms Management. That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months. 

 

 

 Key accountabilities:

 

  • Respond to administrative and operational requests from the Director of Rooms
  • Liaise with various departments at the request of the Director
  • Ensure follow-up on requests from the Rooms Division and General Management: analyses, preparation of presentations, purchase orders, appointment scheduling, welcoming candidates, etc.
  • Actively participate in meetings and events
  • Coordinate accommodation-related projects
  • Welcome guests and new employees
  • Establish procedures in both English and French
  • Provide daily support to the Director of Rooms

  • Fluent both in French and English
  • Availability and responsiveness,

  • Sense of confidentiality.
  • Internship Agreement - mandatory
