Internship - Page Boy/Girl

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Page Boy/Girl Intern.

 Key accountabilities:

• Greet all arriving and departing guests as they enter and leave the Hotel.
• Welcome guests outside of the Hotel and support the team in assisting guests in getting in and out of vehicles.
• Keep close guest contact, and when receiving guest feedback, ensure to elevate feedback to the Management team for recovery to exceed guest expectations, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles.
• Ability to give information and directions about Paris to guests and to drivers.
• Keep the driveway and lobby safe, clean, and clear.
• Handle errands for guest needs.
