Internship - F&B Attendant
We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the service in our restaurants. That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key accountabilities:
- Deliver friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive guest service.
- Perform pre and after-service procedures as per Peninsula standards.
- Understand and accurately deliver the defined sequence of service.
- Ensure consistency of the F&B service and food offerings.
- Set up the dining room before the service and clean up afterwards.
- Make the link between the guests and the kitchen by delivering dishes and taking customer requests during the service.
General requirements:
- Strong customer focus,
- Fluent both in French and English
- Availability and responsiveness,
- Sense of organization,
- Sense of confidentiality.
- Internship Agreement - mandatory
