Internship - Director of Events

 Key accountabilities:

• Organize events and stays for groups and events
• Phone Order Taking
• Commercial qualification of customer requests
• Conduct sales follow-up and send quotes
• Ensure client visits
• Drafting of contracts
• Monitoring contract signatures and payment

General requirements:

• Organization, rigour and attention to detail
• Speed and autonomy
• Good speech and interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in Office Pack
• Fluent in English and French (written/oral).
• Tourism-Hospitality and/or Business School training
