The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Senior Sales manager.

Key accountabilities: 

• Ensure efficient and courteous service
• Clean rooms in accordance with Peninsula standards and procedures when leaving, changing rooms or returning from work.
• Respond to all customer requests transmitted by housekeepers
• Work in close collaboration with the technical department and room service, and report any floor-related needs to them.
• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas
• Monitor the condition and maintenance of floor pantry stocks, and keep regular inventories

General Requirements:

• Professional experience in a similar field
• Curiosity and open-mindedness
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages (at least English)
• Strong customer orientation
• ability to work as part of a team
• Availability, responsiveness and autonomy
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
