Groups & Events junior Manager

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Coordinator Groups & Events.

Key Accountabilities : 

 

 

  • Administrative management: Production and distribution of documents (contracts, gift certificates, BEOs, etc.).
  • Operational support: Organization of office tasks (reports, meetings, mail, posting).
  • Reservations & sales: Account creation, handling customer calls and requests, follow-up on leads.
  • Coordination & communication: Interface between departments, management of last-minute reservations, event preparation.
  • Analysis & tools: Monitoring market trends, database maintenance (OnePMS), audits, and reporting.

 

 

 

General requirements : 

 

  • Autonomy
  • Professional experience: minimum 3 years in the upscale hotel industry
  • Initial training: minimum 3 years of higher education, business or hotel school
  • Strong commercial sense, rigor and organizational skills.
  • Sense of luxury and passion for service
  • English / French required
