The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an Assistant Manager Room Service.

Key Accountabilities : 

• Performance monitoring: Monitoring and analysis of sales and event KPIs to optimize business results.
• Reporting and forecasting: Development of trend reports, market analyses and strategic recommendations to maximize sales in all segments.
• Competitive intelligence: Study of competitor performance and industry trends to adjust sales
• to adjust sales strategies.
• Strategic support: Participate in optimizing sales strategies by providing insights and analysis to guide business decisions.
• Banquet sales coordination: Operational coordination and execution of events, in support of the Groups & Events team.
• Development of banquet customer portfolio: Development and identification of new business opportunities, with direct prospecting to develop the segment.
• Promotions and campaigns: Design and execution of sales promotions and targeted campaigns to increase awareness of Peninsula Paris and generate sales.
• Interdepartmental collaboration: work in close coordination with operational and sales teams to ensure excellence in event execution and customer satisfaction

General requirements : 

• Autonomy
• Professional experience: minimum 3 years in the upscale hotel industry
• Initial training: minimum 3 years of higher education, business or hotel school
• Strong commercial sense, rigor and organizational skills.
• Sense of luxury and passion for service
• English / French required
