The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an Assistant Manager Room Service.

Key Accountabilities :
- Performance monitoring: Monitoring and analysis of sales and event KPIs to optimize business results.
- Reporting and forecasting: Development of trend reports, market analyses and strategic recommendations to maximize sales in all segments.
- Competitive intelligence: Study of competitor performance and industry trends to adjust sales
- to adjust sales strategies.
- Strategic support: Participate in optimizing sales strategies by providing insights and analysis to guide business decisions.
- Banquet sales coordination: Operational coordination and execution of events, in support of the Groups & Events team.
- Development of banquet customer portfolio: Development and identification of new business opportunities, with direct prospecting to develop the segment.
- Promotions and campaigns: Design and execution of sales promotions and targeted campaigns to increase awareness of Peninsula Paris and generate sales.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: work in close coordination with operational and sales teams to ensure excellence in event execution and customer satisfaction
General requirements :
- Autonomy
- Professional experience: minimum 3 years in the upscale hotel industry
- Initial training: minimum 3 years of higher education, business or hotel school
- Strong commercial sense, rigor and organizational skills.
- Sense of luxury and passion for service
- English / French required
