Assist the manager in the overall management of the restaurant
Provide optimum quality of service to customers
Use all resources (human and material) to achieve budgeted results

General requirements:
Customer-oriented and proactive
Managerial skills
Good command of English
Similar experience in an establishment of the same category (classic restaurant or hotel)
