In collaboration with the outstanding Food & Beverage team at The Peninsula Paris, we are currently looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Accountant on a fixed-term contract (CDD).

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and treasury activities
• Reconcile and record general expense invoices
• Process supplier payments
• Create and maintain supplier accounts
• Prepare month-end accruals
• Perform month-end reconciliations
• Record and monitor capital expenditures (CAPEX)
• Calculate and process tax payments

General requirements

• 2–3 years of accounting experience
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge
• Good business acumen
• Proficiency with accounting, office, and hotel management software
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
