1st Concierge

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a SPA attendant.

Key accountabilities :

• Meet guests’ expectations and needs.
• Provide the necessary supervision and training to the Concierge Department staff.
• Assist the Head Concierge in his or her duties and fill in for him or her during absences.
• Be familiar with all of the hotel’s retail outlets and their hours of operation in order to provide this information to guests,
• Memorize, as much as possible, guests’ names and their preferences,
• Promote the services offered by the hotel during interactions with guests,
• Stay informed about all events taking place inside and outside the hotel (fairs, conferences, meetings, trade shows, etc.),
• Be able to resolve specific issues efficiently and discreetly,
• Ensure seamless communication with the hotel’s various departments to meet guests’ needs,
• Oversee and supervise the work performed by the Page Boys/Girls

Profile :

• Capacité d'adaptation et créativité.
• Esprit d'initiative.
• Expérience préalable dans un environnement similaire.
• Titulaire d'un BAC PRO, d'un BEP, d'un CAP ou d'une expérience équivalente.
