Spa Attendant for Male Locker Room

The Spa Attendant provides a warm welcome, advise and support clients in the Spa locker room and lounges ensuring that they receive the standard of service synonymous with Peninsula’s aim to be world leader in Spas. He / she will ensure efficiency, engagement and supports the team to deliver high standards of service, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for cleanliness, set-ups, and spa standards in the locker rooms, tea lounge, and relaxation lounges.
• Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenities throughout the Spa and Wellness areas to always maintain immaculate presentation of these items.
• Retrieve linens from laundry and maintain locker room set up; return used linen to laundry.
• Assist with retail space cleanliness and maintenance as needed.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; assist guests in all inquiries in connection with Spa and Wellness services.
• Picks up requisition daily as needed and store in proper storage areas in the Spa.

General Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in as an attendant in a luxury Spa or Hotel.
• Good organization skills & Time management skills, exceptional hands-on service.
• Caring for team and guests and excellent communication skills. Good collaboration skills with others.
• Ability to multi-task, focus on guest needs’, remain calm during peak busy times, and courteous.
