Food & Beverage Manager in Training
The Food & Beverage Manager in Training program is an excellent opportunity for a recent Hospitality Management graduate seeking to build a career in the hotel industry. The trainee will work closely with the Food & Beverage Management team across dining outlets and room service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Accountabilities:
- Gain first-hand experience doing a rotational training, providing personalized and gracious service in the The Pen Top Bar, Clement Restaurant & Bar, Gotham Lounge and In Room Dining.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage management teamt to perform pre and after-service procedures as per Peninsula standards.
- Understand and accurately deliver the defined sequence of service.
- Ensure consistency of the Food & Beverage service and food offerings.
General Requirements:
- Recent graduate from an accredited Hotel Management program.
- Excellent organizational and communications skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate appropriate prioritization skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Customer-service oriented.
