Maintain high level of quality food preparation within the Culinary department. Assist the Executive Chef and culinary team in the day-to-day operations filling guest requests for all meal periods and amenities.  Candidate must be innovative, detail oriented and quality conscious.

 

 

Key Accountabiities:

 

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to hotel standards and recipes.
  • Ensure food is cooked to the right temperature, taste, and appearance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
  • Store food safely and label items with dates to ensure freshness.
  • Minimize food waste by following portion control and proper storage.

 

 

General Requirements:

  •  
  • Minimum of 4 years in the culinary profession.
  • Previous luxury hotel and fine dining restaurant experience.
