Sales Manager
Overview of the role
We are looking for a versatile and passionate Sales professional who will be responsible in overseeing the execution of major sales both residential and non-residential apart from soliciting proactively. A well-rounded individual who is strong and persevering with in-depth knowledge in Sales.
Key Accountabilities
- To actively / aggressively solicit Room Sales for the Hotel from all market segments assigned.
- To maintain an updated database of account in his / her area of responsibility.
- To submit weekly itinerary of sales activities, sales reports, business lead forms and lost business forms to be reviewed in the Sales Morning Briefing.
- Ensures that all correspondences are responded to within twenty-four hours.
- Ensures the delivery of professional service to all clients at all times.
General Requirements
- College graduate with at least (1) year notable experience as Sales Manager or a similar role
- Results-oriented and driven, with strong attention to detail
- Aggressive, passionate and highly motivated in meeting sales goals
- With pleasant personality and can work well under pressure
- Self-starter, mature, independent and a team player
