People and Culture Officer

We are seeking a passionate individual to lead the migration and management of employee data from manual or legacy systems to a digital Document Management System, oversee administration and compliance of the Defined Contribution (DC) retirement plan, and support P&C leadership with projects, reporting, and rotational responsibilities within the Rewards function.

Key accountabilities

• Lead the digitalization of employee records, ensuring accurate migration, standardized file structures, SOPs, and retention schedules.
• Manage end-to-end operations of the Defined Contribution (DC) plan, including coordination with administrators, plan reviews, performance evaluation, and fee benchmarking.
• Administer employee DC plan transactions such as enrollments, contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and reconciliation of payroll and employer contributions.
• Analyze workforce and HR data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in productivity and workforce planning.
• Support administration of expatriate benefits, including housing, relocation, visas, permits, exit clearance, and related services.

General Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
• Analytical and detailed oriented
