F&B Manager
Overview of the role
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing an exceptional dining experience. An individual who has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. An individual who can manage, train, and motivate the front-of-house team while maintaining strict adherence to service standards, quality control, and operational efficiency.
Key accountabilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring seamless service aligned with The Peninsula’s luxury standards. Manage guest feedback, drive continuous improvement, and deliver refined, culturally relevant dining experiences.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize profitability. Drive revenue through strategic menu planning, upselling, and promotions. Monitor KPIs and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to launch new concepts, seasonal offerings, and signature events.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and support initiatives in sustainability, wellness, and digital innovation.
- Work with Brand Communications, Digital Marketing, and Pen Card teams to boost outlet visibility through campaigns, exclusive offers, and engaging content.
General Requirements
- Must be a college graduate, with a degree in line with Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as F&B Manager in a luxury hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Knowledgeable of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
- Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including, evenings, weekends, and holidays
