Club Concierge

Overview of the role

Seeking a highly personable, passionate and committed individual for a Club Concierge position whose main focus would to be basic operations of The Gallery Club Lounge (Front Office & Food and Beverage Operations) and the guest experience of preferred clients and VIPs of the hotel. Confident, well-rounded, personable, creative and detailed in extending the best care, attention to the top tier and preferred guests.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensures guest engagement through prompt warm, courteous, efficient and personal recognition and interaction.
• Focuses on the The Gallery Club, preferred and top tier guests of the hotel to deliver a seamless, stress-free and memorable stay experience from pre-arrival to post departure.
• Able to perform and execute the basics of Front Office and Food & Beverage operations
• Exudes a glowing presence and on behalf of the hotel, most especially in The Gallery Club. This is done by promoting visibility, Lobby duty and engaging with guests through Manager on Duty and Executive Office on Duty programs.
• Creative, personable and ready to assist guests for any wants, needs and requirements they may have.

General Requirements

• BS degree in Hotel, Restaurant Management
• One year experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in Front Desk is an advantage
• Quick thinker, proactive, personable and eloquent
• One year experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably as a host or waiter is also an advantage
• Hard worker, committed and willing to go the extra mile
