Key accountabilities

• To store the material required for the hotel operation and give it to the requesting department.
• To create purchase request for store
• To ensure cleanliness and tideliness of entire stores.
• To check expiration date of products and inform Purchasing accordingly.
• To ensure that all stock records are kept up-to-date with all stock movements,
• To take invontory.
• To follow  food safety and processing policies in all food related areas.

General requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in 5star hotel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Computer literate, including software use, excel, email, and word.
• Basic understanding of accounting processes and cost control.
