F&B and Kitchen Coordinator

Key accountabilities

 

  • Organize and maintain incoming documents in the Food & Beverage and Kitchen Management shared file.
  • Clear the Executive Office pigeonhole for the F&B Department and distribute relevant items to other departments.
  • Verify and process employee sick leave and vacation leave applications.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and manage appointments and reminders for department leadership.
  • Support menu editing procedures and assist in launching new, seasonal, or à la carte menus.
  • Provide administrative support for special tasks and projects assigned by the Departmental Leadership
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files for the F&B and Kitchen teams.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the department office, including maintaining adequate stock of stationery and supplies.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the Kitchen/Stewarding teams and other hotel departments.
  • Complete any tasks as specified through the provided Task List and update on progress to Department Head
  • To conduct market research and comp set analysis prior to menu changes in all outlets 
  • To take minutes for all required meetings and share with the team

 

General requirements

 

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative or F&B support role, ideally within food production or hospitality operations.
  • University degree, preferably in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications.
  • Skilled in using F&B-related systems such as Infrasys, Birchstreet, and Meyer as well as Opera and Windows-based programs.
  • Familiarity with HR operations and basic labor laws is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Natural leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels.
