Executive Office Assistant

Key Accountabilities
- Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedules, and meeting alignments for the Executive Office.
- Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, accommodation, and hosting for corporate visits from HSH Global Headquarters.
- Control incoming/outgoing documents, manage correspondence, and maintain highly confidential files.
- Coordinate agendas, take precise minutes, and follow up on action items for Executive Committee and leadership meetings.
- Prepare monthly expenses, corporate presentations, and official documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Act as a bridge between the Executive Office and department heads to follow up on directives and ensure smooth operations.
General Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a senior executive team, ideally within an international or luxury hotel.
- High organizational agility to prioritize time-critical tasks and manage conflicting demands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish.
- Exceptional professional presentation and interpersonal skills to represent the brand.
- Strict commitment to data privacy, discretion, and handling sensitive information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
