Laundry Supervisor

Key Accountabilities:

• Directs and makes recommendations on all laundry, pressing and dry-cleaning services of the hotel while upholding hotel standards
• Compiles monthly reports to monitor Laundry room operation statistics and cost control
• Coordinates with external vendors and contractors for smooth operation of Laundry room
• Handles all disputes, complaints and claims
• Provides guidance and training to new staff

General Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of working experience in hotel laundry is preferred
• Knowledge in laundry, pressing and dry-cleaning machinery, techniques and standards
• Simple knowledge in computer usage and Microsoft applications
• Fluent Cantonese, fair English and basic Mandarin required
