Internship in Front Office

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in Front Office (Baggage & Transportation / Concierge / Front Desk / Guest Relations / Telephone Services). That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities

One opportunity in one of the sections or rotation may apply among: Baggage & Transportation / Concierge / Front Desk / Guest Relations / Telephone Services* 

• Deliver a seamless and personalized guest experience in alignment with The Peninsula Service Principles.
• Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and poise.
• Gain proficiency in hotel systems and property management software. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence. 
• Contribute to service recovery efforts and uphold our commitment to exceeding guest expectations. 

General Requirements

• The Peninsula Hong Kong is open to international applicants for the internship opportunities

• Fluent in both spoken and written English (*Cantonese proficiency required for Telephone Services Internship)

• Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality

• Passionate about luxury hospitality and guest service
