Internship - Kitchen Chef (Test Job)
We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in Food & Beverage Kitchen. That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities
One opportunity in one of the kitchens or rotation may apply among: Chesa & Private Dining, Felix, Gaddi's, Pastry, Spring Moon*, The Lobby, The Verandah
- Prepare dishes in accordance with recipes and guidance from our culinary team
- Ensure consistency and excellence in all food preparation
- Handle, store, and utilize raw and cooked ingredients with care and precision
- Minimize waste and contribute to sustainable kitchen practices
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with hotel protocols
- Follow all health and safety procedures as outlined by the hotel and local authorities
General Requirements

Fluent in spoken and written English (*Chinese proficiency required for Spring Moon)
