Internship - F&B Coordinator

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in Food & Beverage Service. That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in coordinating daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring smooth communication between teams.
• Support the planning and execution of special events, seasonal promotions, and VIP guest experiences.
• Help maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and feedback to enhance service personalisation.
• Collaborate with the F&B and marketing teams to prepare menus, signage, and promotional materials.
• Participate in quality checks and ensure compliance with brand standards and hygiene protocols.
• Contribute to administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory tracking, and reporting.

General Requirements:

• The Peninsula Hong Kong is open to international applicants for the internship opportunities
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality
• Passionate about luxury hospitality and guest service 

Benefits:
